Student Housing

Calling all students, we want your stories, tips and advice!

Living in private rented student accommodation can be the best and worst of times. You have escaped student halls and are now living with your friends and experiencing the real world of bills and landlords. Sadly, you have probably also experienced poorly maintained, damp and cold houses too.

We want you to share experiences of how you managed the utility bills in your house. Did you shop around for the best deal and make use of direct debits? Were you able to be energy efficient, or was this a low priority?

Also, if you have any questions feel free to post them as a reply to this post! We at The Energy Community will try and tackle your questions or another user from The Energy Community may be able to share their similar experience.

Remember that to post in our Forum you will need to register here.
