Hello, we are The Energy Community! Pick up hints and tips on how to reduce your energy use whilst sharing your experiences with others. It’s a place where we can come together and support each other in reducing our bills and doing a little bit of good in the world.
How will we do this?
Together we will make a difference
We want to get people talking and sharing their ideas, tips and stories. By connecting people with similar homes and lives we can make support more personal. A problem shared is a problem halved!
Clear and simple
Energy is a confusing topic…kWh, units, therms (?!?) We want to make energy advice simple, clear and easy to understand.
We know that to create lasting change we need to start young. We run energy workshops and support lessons in local schools.
We aren’t part of the Big Six energy companies, or any other supplier. We want to help you reduce your energy bills.
We aren’t going to rest and get comfortable with what we have. We have some great ideas for The Energy Community. But, we are always open to new ideas.

Who we are
Meet The Energy Community Team who are committed to raising awareness of how can save money and save energy! We don’t work on commission, we aren’t tied to an energy company, and we don’t have a hidden agenda. We’re 3 young people with lots of passion and enthusiasm to create change by helping everyone work together!
I’ve got my eyes peeled for energy saving products worth their initial investment
I’m determined to reduce our bills through methods that cost little to nothing
I’m a strong believer that we can all learning something from others experiences
Aside from The Energy Community, we are studying for PhDs in a variety of fields relating to energy. In our spare time we all have a keen interest in keeping fit, whether it be running, cycling or team sports. We also enjoy volunteering our time to a mixture of causes.
